Sewing connection is randomly disconnected after Simulation

Every time I make changes to the garment and simulate it, the top sleeve and collar will unsew for no reason. Please help if you know whats going on. Thanks. :)

  Have you possible deactivated a pattern piece in the 3D window?

  Can you add visuals of the 2D and 3D windows so we can see the sewing?
