  Depending on the type of accessory, they can be registered in CLO; hair, shoes, glasses and earrings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldSKNtMIOpY

  If it is anything else, you can import the OBJ and align it onto the correct position, but unlike the registered accessories, this will not be able to follow in an animation.
