Trial License - CLO doesn't open (Error code:99)

    Error code:99 is a message explaining when trying to log in to a new trial version on a PC where the trial was used at least once in the past. This is a new policy and authentication server update designed to restrict users from repeating the trial.

    Individual users can currently access CLO without an issue. On the other hand, corporate users may experience problems.

    So for us corporate users, is there a way to fix the problem?

    After 3 hours, CLO started to work again but there must have gone something off receiving the popup message.

    We are experiencing the same issue with the CLO Standalone OnlineAuth. We still have 14 days left of the trial version. How can we regain access to CLO?
