Trial License - CLO doesn't open (Error code:99)

I have an issue with opening CLO. This popup sign below (Error code:99) appears when I try to open CLO. I still have many trial days left and I am using the same computer from when I first downloaded this software. Could you please help with this issue?

Error code:99 is a message explaining when trying to log in to a new trial version on a PC where the trial was used at least once in the past. This is a new policy and authentication server update designed to restrict users from repeating the trial.

After 3 hours, CLO started to work again but there must have gone something off receiving the popup message.

We are experiencing the same issue with the CLO Standalone OnlineAuth. We still have 14 days left of the trial version. How can we regain access to CLO?
