Unable to access 3D tool

I have been learning how to use this software now. I am not able to access the 3D tool present inside the property editor option. When ever I use the seam stitch option and edit it to give a 3D depth effect it doesn't work for me, I am not able to see any changes in the seam finish. Kidnly help me with it.

  Dear navee2000, the 3D seamline issue has been fixed in yesterday's patch release of 7.1.274. Please update and check if it's fine now. I am not sure I am catching all nuances of your message; are there more isses than this or not? If yes, please elaborate.
