Garments only showing up sometimes in both 2D and 3D window

9/10 times when i open a file in CLO the patterns doesnt show in either the 2D window and 3D window. I even opened the same file, and the pattern showed, i closed it, and opened it again, and it was gone. The same for all my patterns.

When i open a file the workspaces are totally empty, which it is not. i tryed shift + q.
I tried restarting the program several times, i ended up uninstalling the program. 

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

  What version of CLO are you currently using?

  Are your computer specs meeting the recommended minimums? 

  Are these files originally made in CLO or are they being brought in from another pattern making software?
