Exporting issues from clo3d

Hello, I'm having issues with the obj export from another artist. The seams are getting exported all over the place. How can the clo3d artist export a clean welded/fused seam from cl3d similar to this one?

The seams are fused with the main garment in this example. But the obj's I get are not fused and into so many separate parts.

  these are fused.

  The ones I get from the other artist has seams that are separate.

  Probably the Topstitch property [Type] has to be changed from [OBJ] into [Texture].
