    Hello Mae Ann,

    You should be able to uninstall and reinstall whichever version of CLO you would like through your subscription login. If you are unable to do so, please use the Contact Us page, and our tech team will be able to assist you!

    I have same problem... does that mean that I need to delete and reinstall the program every time there is an update to it???
