I can't open my account on the app
CLO won't let me open my profile, once I fill the ID and the PW boxes, a new box named "INFORMATION" comes out saying "No licensed products found". And my mail has already been verified.

May I know the username you are trying to log in with? In checking the user ID: brisa, there is no attached subscription purchase history. Is there another CLO account where the subscription has been purchased under? The ID used for logging in here is not the same as the CLO software, if you don't have a license you will not be able to log into CLO.

Hi lanabelkin. Once you downloaded CLO and installed on your computer what happens when you go to launch CLO? If when you try to launch CLO nothing happens have you checked your computer specs to CLO recommended specs HERE ? Hope this helps!
