All Female Avatars Disappeared
Hi! Okay I have a bit of a weird situation. I downloaded the free trial and am trying to teach myself how to use this from scratch - I was trying to adjust an avatar to have custom measurements which I made an absolute mess of. My computer then crashed out of the application. When I opened it again, all of the free avatar files that came with the software and all of their size variations were no longer there for some reason, and the only remaining file was an "avatar (modular)" which was missing all of the info that it needs to be functional... is there a place I can redownload the free avatars? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but the issue now seems to be linked to my account, because that did nothing to solve it. Hoping to get this solved before my free trial expires!

Hi ohalo31. There are a few ways we may be able to recover the missing Avatars. I am posting three different methods below. Please let me know if any of these help
1) Select the Download Button in your library. It will make sure all of your assets are up to date
2) Select the Reset Button. This should reset your Library to CLO pre set favorites
3) Next option is that you may have deleted the shortcut, but the files should still be on your computer. When you are in your Library R-Click on the avatars and select "Copy the Path". This should all you to go into your computers File Explorer, paste the path and see if the files you need are there or not
