How can we help you?

Hi. First in your 3D Toggle you want to make sure that you are on "Thick Textured Surface" and not "Textured Surface". You say you have it on, but you 3D toggle clearly shows differently

But overall from your screenshot it looks like you have done everything correct. It might help if you share what you are trying to accomplish or what you feel is wrong so we can advise better.

    Thanks for answering.

I would like to make the same effects as shown on the pictures. Both rounded and sharp edges

I have done the Gaussian Blur effect in Photoshop before adding it as a Displacement map. In this case Gaussian blur 3,5

I have found the reason why it didn't work. My png and jpg file were not in the same size when placing in CLO3D

You will need to add Blur to your Black and White Displacement Map. This is usually added in Photoshop with Gaussian Blur. Depending on the amount of Blur will determine if it will be raised sharply or more curved.

If you think of the Black as staying at the ground (Fabric) level, White is rising up to the amount you set it to, the Grey is the connector between the two.
