Realistic Flat Spreading help

Greetings!

I'm new on CLO and one of my first projects I need to create a flat spread basketball jersey, like de examples below: 

But, when I simulate my garment I get some problems with the back side of the jersey, the collar and the cuffs, and get something like this as a result:

I tried to simulate in diferente ways, bur never get the realistic spreading, specially in the top part of the jersey, cause this part always fold up and never thouch the ground.

I would like to know how to get the result as the example above, creating a organic and realistic spreading flat jersey.

  For this you can change the sewing type to turned,
