Dear Community members, greetings from CLO! It has been a while.

The CLO team is launching a new initiative to foster a better community experience - introducing CLO Community Rewards! By actively engaging in the CLO Community and collecting the badges,  you will be one step closer to earning CLOver rewards.

• How does it work?

Based on your activity and performance in the CLO Community, various badges will be given at the end of every week. Any CLO users who have paid subscription history (within 6 months) or have an active subscription can participate. 

Here are the guidelines on how you can collect different badges and winrewards.

*: 1-month Individual license
**: 3-month Individual license

The number of your posts/comments will be counted and this will be your activity performance. If your activity performance meets the criteria, badges will be awarded. However, the reward will be given to the top 5 members ONLY, among those who collected each badge. CLO-star, the highest accolade, will be awarded to the top 5 members among those who collected ALL 3 badges. (CLO-citizen, Community Builder, and CLO Mentor.)

• How about other topics like Q&A, Product Feedback, and Free themes?

Topics will change every quarter! We are just starting with Tips & Tricks.

• Where can I check my activity performance?

Go to ‘Profile’ page and click on the  ‘Posts/Comments’ tab. There you can see how many posts/comments you have left in the Community. 

Once the badge has been awarded, it will show on the right upper side of your profile page. 

• How to check my ranking?

CLO team will share the list every month. You can see who is leading the race - also check out the posts/comments by those members. 

Last but not least, do not forget to enjoy the activity itself. At the end of the day, it is all about sharing insights with fellow CLO users around the world.

The number of your contributions will be counted from today (Nov 2nd) until Dec 31st, 2022.
