Double Quadro video card to double the performance?

Hello, I cannot use the latest PCIe v4.0 videos cards in my server... only PCIe v3.0 is available.

I'm wondering if having dual PCIe v3.0 cards will speed up (may be double the speed?) rendering when compared to using a single PCIe v3.0 card?
