Problems with authenticating an academic email
Hello, I am having problems with the authentication of my academic email to access the discount on the membership of this software. The extension of this email in Spanish is @profesor.duoc.cl, which in English would be @teacher.duoc.cl
I sent a photo of my credence with the teacher but I still have not received an answer.
