I can't run the program help me

I downloaded 30days free program and installed.

but when I try to open the program, that pop up keeps popping up 

I don't know whats the matter. 

please help me

that is saying : cant run the code because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing, if you reinstall the program, it can be solved

but I reinstalled few times, it make no headway
