• The AI chat history feature allows users to access previous conversations with the chatbot at any time and continue the dialogue.
• This feature is available to anyone who subscribes to CLO or CLO-SET paid plans, and can be accessed from the left panel after logging into the AI chatbot.
• Even if the subscription is canceled, the conversations recorded in the chatbot are not deleted, although the chat history feature will be disabled.
• If the subscription is reactivated, users will be able to view their previous chat history again.
