- Referrers may receive a maximum of 3 months discounts and 1 annual discount in total.
- Referees must not have had an active CLO subscription in the past 12 months and should not subscribe until they have received confirmation from us.
- This Referral Program is available exclusively to individual users and students.

Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
This Referral Program is exclusively available to individual users and students with an active subscription. It is not open to enterprise or academic clients.
Referral Process:
To participate, referrers must share the REFERRAL FORM with their friends.
The referred individual must not have had an active subscription with CLO in the last 12 months. They must wait for confirmation and instructions from CLO before subscribing.
Successful Referral:
A referral is considered successful when the referred individual subscribes to a paid plan after completing the trial period and following the instructions provided by CLO.
*Rewards:
Referrer: Eligible referrers will receive 50% off one month or 25% off one year of CLO based on their current plan. The discount will be applied via a coupon added by the CLO team to the referrer's account page. The coupon will be available for use when the referee has subscribed to CLO after completing the trial period. Referrers will receive a message once the coupon is available to apply to their next renewal, and they must use the coupon from the "Coupons" page in their profile to apply the discount.
Referees: Eligible referees will receive 50% off their first month or 25% off their first year subscription, depending on the plan they choose during the program. The discount will be applied via a coupon added by the CLO team to the referee's account page. Referees will receive a message once the coupon has been added to their account, and they must use the coupon from the "Coupons" page in their profile to apply the discount to their first subscription.
Program Duration:
The Referral Program is available from May 01st, 2025 to June 30th, 2025. The program may end earlier or be extended at CLO's discretion.
Cancellation and Disqualification:
Referrers who do not have an active subscription at the time of reward processing will be disqualified from receiving rewards, and any referrals made by them will be considered invalid.
Any fraudulent, misleading, or dishonest actions will result in immediate disqualification for both the referrer and the referee.
Program Limitations:
Referrers may submit the form as many times as they wish; however, they are eligible to receive a maximum of 3 months discounts and 1 annual discount in total under this Referral Program. These discounts are non-transferable and may only be applied to the referrer's future subscriptions.
The program is subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, without prior notice.
GDPR Compliance:
By participating in this Referral Program, both referrers and referees consent to receive emails related to the program, including updates, instructions, and reward notifications. CLO is committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
General Terms:
By participating, both referrers and referees agree to these terms. CLO reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at its discretion.
