Set the theme to Dark or Light based on your preference and environment. 

Dark theme uses a dark background for the user interface, reducing eye strain and glare, especially in low-light environments. It helps to keep the overall brightness of the screen lower, which can be more comfortable during prolonged use. Light theme, on the other hand, features a bright background that provides a clean and crisp appearance, improving readability in well-lit environments.

1. Click on the Setting » User Settings in the menu bar.
   
   
2. Set the theme under User Interface > Appearance.
   
   
    
3. Restart CLO to apply the theme.
