These terms and conditions govern your participation in the CLO for Entrepreneurs Incubation Program (“Program”) offered by CLO Virtual Fashion GmbH, located at Arnulfstrasse 58, 80335 Munich, Germany.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Participants must be entrepreneurial users who are in the process of starting, or have recently started, a new business or brand, and wish to integrate CLO software into their workflow.
1.2 The Program is exclusively available to individuals located within Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. By applying to the Program, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of one of those regions.
1.3 Participation in the Program is open only to new CLO users who are eligible for the Individual License as set forth in section 2.2.1 of CLO Additional Terms. This includes users who have never had an active CLO subscription before and who are hobbyists, freelancers, or sole proprietors. Existing Enterprise or Academic Users, and Individual Users eligible for the CLO plan for students, are not eligible for the Program.
2. Application period
2.1 Applicants must submit a complete application form by September 21, 2024.
2.2 Out of all applicants, five individuals will be selected to join the Program. CLO team will evaluate all submissions based on criteria including, but not limited to, potential, innovation, and originality.
2.3 Notification of the selected participants will be issued individually via email on Monday, September 30, 2024.
3. Program Benefits
3.1 Participants will receive a free annual individual CLO license for one year, free access to INTRO TO CLO - Basic Apparel Design course for three months, and a One-Hour Video Session with one of CLO's 3D specialists (if eligible).
3.2 CLO Virtual Fashion GmbH reserves the right to modify or terminate the benefits provided under the Program at any time.
4. Responsibilities
4.1 Participants agree to actively utilize CLO software, create a CLO-SET account and CLO-SET CONNECT portfolio, complete INTRO TO CLO - Basic Apparel Design course, and participate in the One-Hour Video Session offered by the Program, as stipulated by CLO Virtual Fashion GmbH.
4.2 To be eligible for participation in the One-hour Video Session, the participant must have successfully completed the INTRO TO CLO - Basic Apparel Design course prior to the scheduled session date. Failure to fulfill this prerequisite will result in the participant being ineligible to participate in the One-hour Video Session.
4.3 All participants are required to share workflows and assets resulting from their participation in the Program on their social network profiles at least once a month.
4.4 Participants with the best-selected projects will collaborate with the CLO team to publish a User Story at the conclusion of the Program. This story may be published on CLO website in blog format or on the official CLO YouTube channel in video format.
4.5 Participants shall comply with the applicable terms and conditions in using the CLO license and access to INTRO TO CLO - Basic Apparel Design course provided for the purpose of this program.
5. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed during the CLO for Program will be owned by the creator(s), subject to the terms of a separate agreement to be negotiated in good faith.
6. Duration and Termination
6.1 The Program will commence on October 14, 2024, and will continue for a period of six months.
6.2 CLO Virtual Fashion GmbH reserves the right to terminate a participant's participation in the Program for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
7.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
