Question
I get the pop-up about the suspension of Individual plan. What should I do?
I can see the watermark in the middle of the CLO screen.
Answer
If you see this pop-up and watermark on your CLO screen, this means you are potentially in violation of CLO license policy and are belonging to one of the following:
- a member of an entity that has at least one(1) full-time employee other than you.
- making purchases of our Services or CLO Software using a corporate credit card.
- registering for a CLO account using a corporate email account, corporate email address, or corporate domain name.
- accessing the CLO Software through a computer owned by an Enterprise/Academic entity.
Please note that the eligibility of Individual plan is a one-person company, a sole proprietorship, a single-member LLC that does not elect to be treated as a corporation for tax purposes (“disregarded entity”), a freelancer, a self-employed independent contractor, or similarly situated self-employee otherwise in business for yourself.
To remove the suspension for Individual subscription, you need to be verified through independent documentation such as articles of incorporation, business registration, tax returns/filings, proof of Self-Employment Tax payment, etc.
Please contact us with your account and corresponsive documentation.
