Objective

By using CLO API, develop and add customized features to CLO.

For example, develop a feature to collect necessary BOM information from a 3D garment produced in CLO. Then, add and use the customized feature in CLO.

Location

Main Menu ▶ Settings ▶ User Settings ▶ CLO API

Operation

1. Follow the path indicated below: 
   
   Main Menu ▶ Settings ▶ User Settings ▶ CLO API
   
   
2. Click the  Add button on the right top corner.
   → A File Explorer dialog appears where you can search *.dll or *.dylib files.
   
   
3. Select and Open the desired *.dll or *.dylib file.
   → The Register Plug-In window appears.
   
   
4. Refer to below and configure an UI for the plug-in to be added.
   
   

   Option	Description
   Name	Name the plug-in.
   Position	Main Menu, child menus for the selected Main Menu, and any additional corresponding child menus appear in order. Select a desired menu and choose the plug-in's position in terms of the selected menu.

5. Click OK to complete the registration.
