Objective

Load purchased certified Alvanon Avatar into CLO.

Location

Main Menu ▶ File ▶ Open ▶ Avatar (Ctrl+Shift+A)

Operation

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:
   
   Main Menu ▶ File ▶ Open ▶ Avatar (Ctrl+Shift+A)
   
   → The Open File window appears.
   
   
2. Select the Alvanon Avatar file to be loaded and select OK.
   Or, drag and drop the Alvanon Avatar file to the 3D window.
   
   → The Register Alvanon Permission File (APF) File window appears.
   
   
3. Choose the Explore button, select the APF file and then click OK.
   → The Alvanon Avatar is loaded.
    
   

※ Note: 

• When you choose Skip in the Open Avatar window:
  
  1. The AVAC file opens, but the Simulate tool in the 3D window is deactivated.
  
  2. When trying to save the project file, below error message appears.
  "Authentication file is not registered for the ACAC file and cannote be saved as a Project file."
  
  3. When trying to export the Avatar, the Avatar with unregistered APF file does not show in the exportable Avatar list.
  
  
• To simulate or save the Avatar, the APF file must be registered.
  
  
• When the AVAC file's APF file is registered, it opens immediately without the Register Alvanon Permission File (APF) window.
  
  
• When the AVAC file is not registered to the APF file, an error message appears. Please contact Alvanon.
  
  
• When the AVAC file is expired, an error message appears. Please contact Alvanon.
