Although my hardware has more than 4 CPU cores, CLO is not as fast as I expected.

Answer

CLO's program speed increases with faster Core clock speed and more Cores.
However, there is NO significant speed advancement when there are more than 4 Cores compared to the program speed ran with four Cores.
Therefore, to be cost-effective, we recommend hardware with four Cores, each Core's speed being between 3.5 ~4.0 Ghz or faster.
