→ Render properties appear in the Property Editor. - Refer to the below table and edit the settings as needed.
Option Description Render Engine Render Engine Choose the computer engine to run the render. CPU Run the render with CPU. GPU (CUDA) Run the render with GPU (CUDA). GPU (OpenCL) Run the render with GPU (OpenCL).
This option does not appear in Mac.CPU Supporting
(ver5.0.0)Use CPU along with GPU when rendering.
Toggle off this option to not use CPU.※Note: This option only appears when Render Engine is selected as GPU (CUDA).
Low GPU Priority
(ver5.0.0)Lower GPU priority when rendering. GPU is firstly used in other functions and then used in render.
※Note: This option only appears when Render Engine is selected as either GPU (CUDA) or GPU (OpenCL).
Finish Conditions Noise Threshold Set the Noise Threshold for the final render image.
The default value is 0.010 and the range is between 0.001 and 0.015.
Higher the Noise Threshold is, more the noise is in the final render image.Max, Render Time (min) The time used for rendering is about two minutes in average, when default settings are used for render, light, and image/video properties. However, any modification on the properties may alter the render time.
With this option, decide the maximum time can be used for rendering per image.Quality
(ver5.0.0)
Adjust the render quality of lights and materials.
The Quality can be adjusted in four levels: Low, Medium, High, and Very High. As the option is set towards Very High, render speed decreases.
※Note:
* Increase the Quality to render white fur.
* Increase the Quality to express light reflections more realistically when textures are added to the studio environment such as the wall and floor.Light Adjust the quality for the light. Material Adjust the quality for materials.
※Note:
- Use the Open, Save buttons on the top of the Property Editor to save, open, and reuse the setting.
- To optimize the render speed, please refer to below directions.
1. When your OS is Windows:
a) and uses Nvidia for graphic card, select GPU (CUDA) for Engine for faster render time.
b) and uses AMD or Intel for graphic card, select GPU (OpenCL) for Engine for faster render time.
2. When your OS is Mac:
a) and uses Nvidia for graphic card, select GPU (CUDA) for Engine for faster render time.
b) and uses AMD or Intel for graphic card, select CPU for Engine for faster render time.
