I can not login. What should I do?

 

Answer

How to solve this issue differs by the types of subscription and, additionally, types of authentication for Total Business Solution clients.

CLO for Individuals

CLO for Business Users

  

CLO for Individuals

Please follow below instructions in order.

  1. Confirm internet connection.

  2. Confirm ID and Password (Use ID and PW you set up when signing up clo3d website.)

  3. If the PC's 443 port firewall is blocked, unblock and try logging in again.

  4. Deactivate antivirus program in the PC and try logging in again.

  5. If above steps do not solve your problem, please contact us.

 

CLO for Business Users

Standalone

Please follow below instructions in order.

  1. Make sure the dongle key is connected to PC and try logging in again.

  2. Make sure the HASP Driver is properly installed and try logging in again.

  3. Confirm internet connection.

  4. Confirm ID and Password.

  5. If the PC's 443 port firewall is blocked, unblock and try logging in again.

  6. Deactivate antivirus program in the PC and try logging in again.

  7. If above steps do not solve your problem, please contact us.


Network

Please follow below instructions in order.

  1. Make sure the dongle key is connected to a PC in the same network service and try logging in again.

  2. Make sure the HASP Driver is properly installed in the PC and try logging in again.

  3. Make sure your computer is in the same network service with the PC with the dongle key.

  4. f your computer is not in the same network service, set port forwarding and try logging in again.

OnlineAuth

Please follow below instructions in order.

  1. Confirm ID and Password.

  2. If the PC's 443 port firewall is blocked, unblock and try logging in again.

  3. Deactivate antivirus program in the PC and try logging in again.

  4. If above steps do not solve your problem, please contact us.

    I have used the correct password and ID and i still can not log in, i tried to used the "contact us" feature on the website but one i hit on the "submit" button, nothing happens

    yesterday it was running properly without any issue but today i am getting this Error (failed to login due to a server issue. please contact the clo support team. (error code: 0)

    Same. Was using yesterday w/o issue, today login attempt just loops to "Please try again."
