Does CLO offer student discounts? How do I get one?

Answer

Yes. Eligible high school, college, and university students worldwide get 50% off an Individual plan.

• Monthly: $25 USD
• Yearly: $225 USD

The student discount applies for 4 years from when your paid subscription begins. If you are still enrolled after 4 years, you can submit proof of enrollment for a one-time 2-year extension.

Who is eligible?
You must be at least 13 years old and enrolled full-time in one of these:

• University or college: full-time students in an accredited university or college that offers degrees.
• Primary or secondary school: full-time students in an accredited primary or secondary school.

How do I get the student discount?
You verify your student status when you start your free trial. First, check if your school domain is already registered with CLO: Student Eligibility Check

If your school domain is registered

1. Create a CLO account with an email you can use to receive renewal and payment notifications.
2. Start your free trial. Student verification is the first step of checkout.
3. Enter your school email address. It does not have to match your account email.
4. Click the verification link we send to your school inbox.
5. Choose your plan and finish checkout. Your student price is applied automatically.

Important: You must verify your student status during checkout. If you skip this step, you will not get the student discount.

Good to know

• One school email can be used for student verification only once.
• If the email verification does not work, you can try again or choose manual verification.

If your school domain is not registered, or your school does not provide student emails (Manual verification)

1. At checkout, select manual verification.
2. Upload one of these documents:
   • School ID card with a valid date
   • Official enrollment verification statement issued within the last 6 months
   • Tuition statement for the current year or semester
3. If your school does not provide student email addresses, also upload a letter from your school stating this.
4. After you submit, our team will review your documents. Checkout pauses after you submit your documents.
5. We will reply by email with the result and how to continue your free trial.

I already have a CLO account. Can I still get the discount?
Yes. If you have not subscribed yet, start your free trial and verify your student status at checkout.

If you are already on a regular plan with time left, you can switch to the Student plan and subscribe again after verifying your student status. Your remaining period moves to your Student plan, and your regular plan is deactivated.
