Objective

Show or hide seam allowances from the 2D window.
Seam allowances can be shown and hidden in the Print Layout Mode as well.

Location

For versions 5.0 and later:

Main Menu ▶ Display ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Show Seam Allowance

2D Window ▶ 2D Pattern Display ▶ Show Seam Allowance

For versions 4.2 and earlier:

Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Edit ▶ Transform Pattern
2D Toolbar ▶  Transform Pattern

Operation

1. Follow the indicated location above based on your software version:
2. For versions 5.0 and later, follow the path to the option either through the main menu or the vertical toggle bar in the 2D window. The seam allowances can be hidden again using the same path.
3. For versions 4.2 and earlier, right-click into the empty space of the 2D window:
   → In the right-click menu, select Show Seam Allowance. Repeat this to hide seam allowances again.

※Note: All seam allowances remain shown when the  Seam Allowance tool is activated.
