To check your computer specification, please follow the guideline below:
- Press the Windows + R keys on your keyboard simultaneously, and type "dxdiag" without the quotes.
- Press the Enter key or click the 'OK' button.
- Choose 'Save All Information' at the bottom of the window.
- Save it as a text file.
