Can I change my subscription plan?

Answer

Unfortunately, you cannot change the subscription plan if it is active.

To change the subscription plan from monthly to yearly (or vice versa),

1. Cancel your current subscription on the Subscription page.
2. Subscribe to the monthly or yearly plan on the plan page.
