Can I change my subscription plan?

Answer

Unfortunately, you cannot change the subscription plan during the active subscription plan. 

To change the subscription plan from monthly to yearly (or vice versa),

1. Cancel your current subscription on your Billing Details page.
2. Subscribe to the monthly or yearly plan on the plan page.
