I haven't received a verification email after signing up for an account.
What should I do?
Some of school domains block an external email. Then, you can check whether or not your school domain is connected to the verification email via Here. If you see the result as "Connecting did not work", please ask your school admin (especially technical division) to check if you could receive the verification email from CLO.
Sometimes the verification email can be found in your spam folder or you will need to refresh your browser.
