I have a verification issue. What should I do?



Please use Chrome instead of other internet browsers. CLO website is optimized as Chrome. 

[CASE 1]
If you didn't receive the verification email, please check your spam mailbox. Sometimes the verification email can be found in your spam folder or you will need to refresh your browser.

[CASE 2]
If CLO web requires verification even if you already did, please remove your old cookie and cache. 

In Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More.
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.


[CASE 3]
Some school domains block an external email. Then, you can check whether or not your school domain is connected to the verification email via Here. If you see the result as "Connecting did not work", please ask your school admin (especially technical division) to check if you could receive the verification email from CLO.

    I am writing regarding my activation email, as it still hasn't come through and i am unable to trial clo. I have also tried to submit a query but that has also failed. Would it be possible to get some assistance, or could you provide me with a number to call.
