What does each mode represent?
Answer
Simulation Mode: Create and edit patterns in the 2D Window, working on garments, changing avatar poses, etc. in the 3D Window.
Animation Mode: Record, play and edit garment animations.
Print Layout Mode: Manually order patterns on prints to match texture placements in the 3D Window and calculate fabric consumption.
Emulator Mode: Create physical properties for fabrics after measuring them out with the CLO Fabric Kit hardware.
Modular Mode: Mix and match garment components such as sleeves and collars into blocks in order to evaluate and create new styles.
※Note: Found in the dropdown menu up to version 7.3; version 2024 and later features access to the Modular Library on the far left column of the software interface.
UV Editor: Create UV maps of patterns, buttons, and zippers.

I have the 2024 version of CLO. It says to enter Modular Mode through the Library, but I still don't know how that is done. I would like to access modular mode but cant seem to do it. can anyone provide a step by step guide
