Answer
1. CLO provides an auto-renewal system for Individual plans and notifies individual users of it on the checkout page before a subscription.
2. CLO sends an email about the renewal notification 5 days before auto-renewal.
*If you don't want to renew your subscription, you can cancel your subscription on your order page of CLO web.
However, when you experience any unintended payment, please contact us with your payment information.
