- CLO provides an auto-renewal system for Individual plans and notifies individual users of it on the checkout page before a subscription.

CLO sends an email about the renewal notification 5 days before auto-renewal.
*If you don't want to renew your subscription, you can cancel your subscription on your order page of CLO web. - If your subscription is renewed successfully but cannot access CLO, your invoice might be processing, causing the access issue. In this case, please wait a bit and check your renewal invoice is issued through your email box. Then, you can access CLO software.
- After sending your inquiry, you can check the inquiry status in the Request History Button
of your account page.
- If you see that your inquiry status is SOLVED, this means internal agents have replied to your question. However, if you cannot get a response from us, please try to resend your inquiry.
However, when you experience any unintended payment, please contact us with your payment information.
