Select Measurement

Edit Measurement

- Configure properties of a measurement or open, delete, and save a measurement.
- Select the  Edit Measurement tool from the 3D Toolbar.

- Or, navigate to and select Main Menu ▶ Avatar ▶ Measurement ▶ Edit Measurement

- Or, navigate to and select Main Menu ▶ Avatar ▶ Avatar Editor ▶ Measure.

Select Measurements

- Select the  Edit Measurement tool from the 3D Toolbar and click on a measurement on the Avatar.

-  The selected measurement will be highlighted in yellow.

• Configure Measurement Properties
  
  - Navigate to and select Avatar Editor ▶ Measure to view the selected measurement’s properties.
  
  - The Name can be changed.
  
  - Choose the Measurement Type between the basic and the Surface.
  
  - The basic measurement uses the protruding areas of the Avatar as the standard whereas the surface measurement measures along the curvatures of the Avatar.
  
  - Check values for Measurement Information, Basic Length, and Surface Length.
  
  - Toggle on or off the SHOW option to show or hide the selected measurement from the 3D Window.

• Save Measurements
  
  - Navigate to and select Avatar Editor ▶ Measure. Select the  Save icon on the right top of the Measure tab.
  
  - The Save File window will appear.
  
  - Locate the saving path, assign the file name, and select Save.
  
  - The measurements will be saved as a .mea file.
  
  
• Open Measurements
  
  - Navigate to and select Avatar Editor ▶ Measure. Select the Open icon on the right top of the Measure tab.
  
  - The Open File window will appear.
  
  - Locate the file to the opened and click Open.
  
  - The .mea file with measurements will open.
  
  
• Delete Measurements
  
  - Navigate to and select Avatar Editor ▶ Measure. Select the measurement to be deleted from the measurement list.
  
  - Click the Delete icon on the right top of the Measure tab.
  
  - Or, select the measurement in the 3D window using the  Edit Measurement tool and hit the Backspace or the Delete key on the keyboard.
  
  - The selected measurement will be deleted.
