Button Right Click Pop-Up Menu
Buttonhole Right Click Pop-Up Menus
- Select desired options from the right-click pop-up menu to manage Buttons/Buttonholes. The options in the right-click pop-up menu are not applicable to fastened buttons and buttonholes.
- Click on Select/Move Button tool from the 3D toolbar. Navigate to either the 3D or the 2D window and right click on the desired button/buttonhole to access the pop-up menu.
Button Right Click Pop-Up Menu
- Reset 3D Position
- Select Reset 3D Position to return the Button’s position prior to the Simulation. - Copy/Paste
- Single Button
- WithSelect/Move Button tool activated, right click on the button to access the pop-up menu.
- Select Copy, right click again and then select Paste.
- Click on the Pattern that the duplicated button will be pasted to. - Multiple Buttons
- 3D window
- To create and paste several buttons at once, select Copy and Paste, and then right-click on the Pattern.
- When the Paste window appears, enter values in Interval and Number of Buttons/Buttonholes, and then hit OK.
- The Button will be pasted based on the values entered. - 2D window
- To create and paste several Buttons at once or designate the specific paste location of the Button, select Copy and Paste, and then right-click on the Pattern.
- When the Paste window appears, enter values in Interval and Number of Buttons/Buttonholes; to designate the paste location, enter values in Position, and then hit OK.
- The Button will be pasted based on the values entered.

- Mirror Paste
- Single Button
-With theSelect/Move Button tool activated, select multiple buttons to be mirror pasted.
- Right-click to access the pop-up menu. Select Copy, right click again on the Buttons and then select Mirror Paste (Position Only).
- Click on the Pattern that the duplicated Button will be mirror pasted to. - Multiple Buttons
- 3D window
- To create more Buttons while pasting, select Copy and Paste, and then right click on the Pattern.
- When the Paste window appears, enter values in Interval and Number of Buttons/Buttonholes, and then hit OK.
- The Buttons will be mirror pasted based on the values entered. - 2D window
- To create more Buttons while pasting, select Copy and Paste, and then right click on the Pattern.
- When the Paste window appears, enter values in Interval and Number of Buttons/Buttonholes; to designate the paste location, enter values in Position, and then hit OK.

- Delete
- Select Delete to delete the selected button.
- Or, hit the Delete key on the keyboard. - Duplicate to Symmetric Pattern
- Select Duplicate to Symmetric Pattern to duplicate Buttons to symmetric Patterns with linked editing.

- After selecting theSelect/Move Button tool from the 3D toolbar, right click on the Button to be duplicated as a Buttonhole. Then, choose Duplicate as Buttonhole to Symmetric Pattern from the pop-up menu.
- The selected Button will be duplicated to its symmetric Pattern as a Buttonhole. - Convert to Buttonhole (ver.5.0.0)
- Select theSelect/Move Button tool and right click on the button in the 2D or 3D window.
- Select Convert to Buttonhole from the right-click pop-up menu.
- The selected button is converted to a buttonhole. - Deactivate
- Select Deactivate to Deactivate or Activate the selected Button. - Freeze
- Select Freeze to Freeze or Unfreeze the selected Button. - Set Number of Sewing Layers.
- Change the number of layers Buttons are sewn through.

- Select Flip to reverse the side of the fabric that the Button is sewn to.

- After selecting theSelect/Move Button tool from the 3D toolbar, right click on the Buttonhole to be duplicated as a Button. Then, choose Duplicate as Button to Symmetric Pattern from the pop-up menu.
- The selected Buttonhole will be duplicated to its symmetric Pattern as a Button. - Set Number of Sewing Layers
- Change the number of layers Buttonholes are sewn through.

- Select theSelect/Move Button tool and right click on the buttonhole in the 2D or 3D window.
- Select Convert to Button from the right-click pop-up menu.
- The selected buttonhole is converted to a button.
