Change Length

- Change the length of a segment towards the start, end, or both directions.

- Select the  Edit Pattern tool.  Navigate to the 2D window, right click on a segment to be edited and select Change Length. The Change Length window will appear.

- Select and modify below settings as needed.

• • Start
    
    - Follow the instruction above to open the Change Length Window.
    
    - For Location, select Start. Then, type in the desired value to Length.
    
    - The start point of the selected segment will be adjusted based on the designated length value.
    
    
  • End
    
    - Follow the instruction above to open the Change Length window.
    
    - For Location, select End. Then, type in the desired value to Length.
    
    - The end point of the selected segment will be adjusted based on the designated length value.
    
    
  • Both
    
    - Follow the instruction above to open the Change Length window.
    
    -  For Location, select Both. Then, type in the desired value to Length.
    
    - Both start and end points of the selected segment will be equally adjusted based on the designated length value.
