How do you extract the patterns in 2D window after all the lines are drawn out in 3D window?? I tried to trace the lines in the 2D window, but can't select them whatsoever... Pls help. Thank you!
Hi weiyngkao,
You will need to right click the lines in the 3D window and trace the line to internal line/shape. Then, you will be able to edit the internal line/shape in the 2D window.
Hi, I am having trouble CONVERTING to INTERNAL LINE. In the 3d window I can use the 3d Pen Garment and draw a new curve (example in my armhole). I can see this new line in my 3d and 2d windows but I cannot summon the pop up box so I can choose: Convert to Internal Line. I tried right click, etc... which tools do I need to be in when I do this (in 3d and 2d windows?) This was a problem for me in 5.7 and now in 6.0. I am running iOS Big Sur if that matters. I see your instructions above, I cannot right click on the line. Also I double clicked to stop drawing the line in 3d Pen Garment tool. I need more info on this step. Please help. Thanks.
