Objective

This option is to fix the grid spacing regardless of the zoom of the 2D window, which makes it easier to recognize the magnification or reduction of the 2D window.

Location

Right-Click Pop-Up Menu (on the 2D window) ▶ Grid Properties (ver3.2 or earlier)

Main Menu ▶ Preferences ▶ Grid Properties (F12) (ver4.0 or later)

Right-Click Pop-Up Menu (on the 3D/2D Window ▶ Grid Properties (F12) (ver4.0 or later)

Operation

1. Follow the indicated guideline below: 
   Right-Click Pop-Up Menu (on the 2D window) ▶ Grid Properties (ver3.2 or earlier)
   Main Menu ▶ Preferences ▶ Grid Properties (F12) (ver4.0 or later)
   Right-Click Pop-Up Menu (on the 3D/2D Window ▶ Grid Properties (F12) (ver4.0 or later)
   → The properties related to the 2D window appear in the Property Editor.
   
   
2. 2D Grid ▶ Show 2D Grid ▶ Turn On
   → Auto Adjust Distance with Zoom appears in Property Editor.
   
   
3. Auto Adjust Distance with Zoom ▶ On/Off
   → When the Auto Adjust Distance with Zoom option is activated, the grid zooms in and out automatically as the 2D window zooms in and out. On the other hand, when the Auto Adjust Distance with Zoom option is deactivated, the grid is fixed and maintains its assigned size.

※ Note: The Auto Adjust Distance with Zoom option is activated by default.
