AI Bezier Curve Handles

Objective 

Convert AI Bezier Curve's Segment Points to Free Curve Points.

Location

Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Edit ▶ Edit Pattern / Edit Curve Point

2D Toolbar ▶  Edit Pattern /  Edit Curve Point

Operation

AI Bezier Curve

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:
   
   Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Edit ▶ Edit Pattern / Edit Curve Point 
   
   2D Toolbar ▶  Edit Pattern /  Edit Curve Point 
   
   
2. Right click on the AI Bezier Curve or the Segment Ooint on the curve.
   → The right click pop-up menu appears.
   
   
3. Select Convert to Curve Point.
   → The selected AI Bezier curve is converted to a Free Curve as its AI Bezier curve handles disappear and necessary Free Curve Points are added to maintain its original curvature.
   
   

AI Bezier Curve Handles

1. Follow the indicated guideline:
   
   Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Edit ▶ Edit Pattern / Edit Curve Point
   
   2D Toolbar ▶  Edit Pattern /  Edit Curve Point 
   
   
2. Click on the AI Bezier curve to be converted.  
   → Its AI Bezier curve handles appear.
     
3. Right click on the end point of the handle and select Convert to Curve Point on the pop-up menu.
   → Its original curvature is maintained as Free Curve Points are added.
