Relocate Comment Window

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:
   
   

   Comment Mode ▶ Main Menu ▶ Comment / Edit 

   Comment Mode ▶ 3D Window ▶  Comment /  Edit
   
   

2. Mouse over on a comment ▶ Click and drag top black bar  
   
   
3. Relocate the comment window.
   
   

Resize Comment Window

2. Mouse over on a comment ▶ Click and drag  at the bottom-right corner.
