Objective
The Sentinel HASP Diver is automatically installed with the software, but it fails occasionally.
Please download and install the Sentinel HASP Driver which is suitable for your operating system.
Operation
Installing Sentinel Driver on Windows

Download the latest HASP driver (See above)

Enter "CMD" in 'Windows Start Button + Run (R)' to install the driver.

Drag the downloaded haspdinst.exe file and put it on the CMD window to automatically register the corresponding path as shown underlined below. Enter "-i" behind the automatically entered path and press 'Enter' on keyboard to install.
- Access to http://localhost:1947 and check to see if the following screen appears to see if the HASP Driver has been successfully installed. If the following screen appears, then installation is successful.

If the following error occurs, the HASP Driver must be deleted and reinstalled.
Deleting Sentinel Driver on Windows

Download the latest HASP driver (see above)

Enter "CMD" in 'Windows Start Button + Run (R)' to delete the driver.

Drag the downloaded haspdinst.exe file and put it on the CMD window to automatically register the corresponding path as shown underlined below. Enter "-purge -r" behind the corresponding path and press 'Enter' on keyboard to delete.

After the driver has been successfully deleted, refer to the following content to reinstall the driver.

Sentinel HASP Driver Errors on MAC
Objective
The Sentinel HASP Diver is automatically installed with the software, but it fails occasionally.
Please download and install the Mac OS Sentinel HASP Driver.
Operation
Installing Sentinel Driver on Mac
* Download the latest HASP driver (see above)
* ver 21.0 Build 77815 Sentinel Driver for Mac
Supported Platforms: Mac OS X 10.9.x, 10.10.x, 10.11.x, 10.12.x, 10.13.x

- Please remove all the dongle keys inserted into the Mac PC installation to be done.

Mount "Sentinel_Runtime.dmg" (ver 21.0 Build 77815)

Double-click the Install Sentinel Runtime Environment icon.

Please allow the 'hasplmd' application to accept incoming network connections (this message may not appear).
- Access to http://localhost:1947
-
If you are unable to connect to the URL, try again after 10 seconds later. If it still does not work, reboot and connect again.
If the solutions above do not work, please go back to the first step and check again.
*If you click Diagnostics, License Manager Version appears with newly installed version;
ver 21.0 Build 77815 (Version information of 21.0 Build 77815 appears as this in Diagnostics). -
Insert Dongle key into USB port.

If the Dongle key appears in 'Sentinel Keys', the installation is successfully done.
Reinstalling Sentinel on Mac
- Please remove all the dongle keys from USB port.

Mount "Sentinel_Runtime.dmg" with version of "ver 21.0 Build 77815".

Double-click Uninstall Sentinel Runtime Environment.

Click Uninstall.
- If the un-installation is done normally, the dialog above appears. Please press OK button and then click Quit.
- Reboot your Mac.

Reinstall Sentinel Driver on Mac
*If you don't follow the guideline, you may not be able to find Dongle keys inserted into your PC or other PCs. Also the other PCs may not be able to find your Dongle key.
Sentinel Driver Known Bugs
* Sentinel LDK Protection System Error : invalid XML scope (36)
Normally occurred when operating in CLO3D modelist network dongle 1.4.14.7701 (Enveloped with Sentinel LDK 6.4 version or before 6.4).
* Occurs with the following conditions:
→ Network Dongle key (not a local Dongle key)
→ CLO3D Modelist Network with 2.1.44 or later version. (Enveloped with Sentinel LDK 7.1)
→ The Dongle key is inserted into another PC.
→ The version of Sentinel Driver is 13.20 in your Mac.
→ Operates normally after reinstalling with Mac Sentinel Driver ver 16.0.
* If multiple Sentinel Drivers are mounted, the software is unable to find virtual files.
If a driver is already mounted, please demount(or eject) it and mount new driver.
* Sentinel Driver starts to operate in a few seconds.
On occasion, it does not start. In that case, please reboot your PC.
* All the Dongle keys should be removed when uninstalling Sentinel Driver.

im having issue at step 7. Insert Dongle key into USB port.
What im suppose to do?
I'm having some issues, I have a core i5 11400 and a 3050, the software crashes when rendering or renders too slow.
