Create a rectangle inside a Pattern.

Operation

Create Internal Rectangle

1. Follow the indicated guideline below: 
   
   

   Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Create ▶ Internal Rectangle
   
   

   2D Toolbar ▶  Internal Rectangle
   
   

2. Click and drag within a Pattern to freehand an Internal Rectangle.
   
   ※ Note: 
   
   • While creating the Internal Shape, press down the Shift key on the keyboard to create a square (ver.5.1.0).
     
     
   • While creating the Internal Shape, press down the Ctrl key on the keyboard to create it by the center point (ver.5.1.0).
     
     
   • While creating the Internal Shape, press down the Shift + Ctrl keys to create a square Internal Shape by its center point (ver.5.1.0).
     
     
3. Release the mouse to complete the Internal Rectangle.
   
   

Create Internal Rectangle with Measurement Input

1. Follow the indicated guideline below: 
   
   

   Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Create ▶ Internal Rectangle
   
   

   2D Toolbar ▶  Internal Rectangle
   
   

2. Click once within a Pattern.
   → The Create Rectangle window appears.
   
   
3. Enter appropriate values in the options indicated below.
   
   

   Width		Set width of an Internal Rectangle.
   Height		Set height of an Internal Rectangle.
   		Link width and height to adjust them in a fixed ratio.
   Position	Outline	Set left, right, top and bottom position of an internal rectangle on the basis of the outline of the Internal Rectangle (ver2.5.0).
   	Center	Set left, right, top and bottom position of an internal rectangle on the basis of the center of the Internal Rectangle (ver2.5.0).
