Objective
Create a hole based on an Internal Shape or fill in a hole by converting it to an Internal Shape.
Location
Convert to Hole
Right Click Pop-Up Menu (on Internal Shape) ▶ Convert to Hole
Convert to Internal Shape
Right Click Pop-Up Menu (on Hole) ▶ Convert to Internal Shape
Operation
- Select
Transform Pattern tool or 
Edit Pattern tool.
- Follow the indicated guideline below:
Right Click Pop-Up Menu (on Internal Shape) ▶ Convert to Hole
→The selected Internal Shape is converted to hole.
(If you are using versions lower than ver2.3.0, Select
Sync Tool.)
- Select Transform Pattern tool or Edit Pattern tool.
- Follow the indicated guideline below:
Right Click Pop-Up Menu (on Hole) ▶ Convert to Internal Shape
→The selected hole is converted to Internal Shape.
(If you are using versions lower than ver2.3.0, Select Sync tool.)

When I right click to get the pop up menu I do not see a "convert to hole" option. Anyone have any idea why that is happening?
For reference I do have the most up to date version of clo
4 years later just trying Clo for the first time and having the exact same issue
