Roll up selected area horizontally or vertically. 

Location

Selected Area Right-Click Pop-Up Menu ▶ Roll Up Horizontally / Roll Up Vertically 

Operation

1. Select a desired area to flip, with  Select Mesh tool.
   
   
2. Follow the indicated guideline below:
    
   Selected Area Right-Click Pop-Up Menu ▶ Roll Up Horizontally / Roll Up Vertically 
   
   
3. Activate the  Simulate tool.
   → The selected area is now being flipped over horizontally or vertically.
